Easy On Hold^® streaming music now integrated with Microsoft Teams Phone

As an alternative to default hold music or repetitive audio files, you can now use a secure, customizable stream of globally licensed music for a better caller experience.

Start with a free trial.

1. Play some music samples to find a channel you like. Check the box to select that channel (only one channel at a time is available for your trial).
2. Each channel plays about one hour of globally licensed music in a specific genre. You can change channel selections after creating your account.
3. Enter your contact information and your Teams Tenant ID. Important: your Teams Tenant ID is required for authentication purposes.
4. Immediately your account will be activated and your personalized Teams Admin Powershell command will be displayed. Example:

New-CsTeamsCallHoldPolicy -Identity "StreamingMusicPolicy" -Description "EasyOnHold Stream Policy” -StreamingSourceUrl "https://teams-streaming.domain.com/xxxxxxxx..." -StreamingSourceAuthType "AzureAD"

5. Configure your Teams Call Hold Policy. Once configured, changes to your audio stream content will be made using your Easy On Hold^® Content Control Center (your online portal).
